Pathway Stories
Since the launch of our Professional Growth Pathways program in 2024, many St. Andrew's employees have used the Pathways to grow professionally. From workshops, seminar groups, reading and more, here are some of the ways the Pathways have made an impact on our faculty and staff.
Each employee will have an individual portal where their progress along the pathways will be recorded. This portal is where you will submit evidence of completion for each requirement.
Employees can join a Pathway Seminar after completing Level 1 of a pathway. Seminars may be joined in either Level 2 or Level 3 and are required for completing the pathway.
When a level is completed, the employee will receive a certificate of completion. When the pathway is completed, the employee will receive a badge to represent their completion of the pathway.
