    Twenty Students Earn Recognition on National Latin Exam

    Every year, more than 100,000 Latin students across the country take part in the National Latin Exam. This year 20 St. Andrew’s students were recognized for their achievements, led by Kayla Bhatia ’25 who earned Gold Summa Cum Laude on the Latin 5 - Advanced Latin Prose exam.

  • Nineteen Students Inducted into St. Andrew's Cum Laude Society

    On Wednesday morning on Lions Court, 11 twelfth-grade students and eight eleventh-grade students were inducted into the St. Andrew’s chapter of the Cum Laude Society, which honors the school’s highest academic achievers. The ceremony was attended by eighth- through twelfth-grade students as well as members of the honorees’ families.

  • St. Andrew’s Names 21 D!Lab Interns, Supported by Derek Park Fund

    D!Lab Director Chuck James recently announced the 2025 cohort of D!Lab Interns, whose projects are supported by the Derek J. Park Fund Grant for Creative Innovation. D!Lab interns are certified on the design lab’s 3D printer, laser cutter, and milling machine, and can use each to work on independent projects.
     
    The announcement came during a morning meeting, where Derek’s former classmate Sam Mitterhoff and his younger sister, Jessica Park ’25 spoke eloquently about Derek. Afterward, the interns gathered under the mural created by Noa West ’15 in Derek’s memory.

St. Andrew’s Episcopal School is a private, coeducational college preparatory day school for students in preschool (Age 2) through grade 12, located in Potomac, Maryland.
